Apple has released the iOS 4.3.2 update and the iOS 4.2.7 update for the CDMA (Verizon) iPhone 4.
If your iDevice is currently jailbroken and would like to keep your jailbreak, do not upgrade until a stable jailbreak for iOS 4.3.2/4.2.7 has been released. If your iDevice is currently unlocked, do not upgrade until a stable jailbreak/unlock has been released for iOS 4.3.2/4.2.7 if you wish that your iDevice remain unlocked.

This update contains improvements and other bug fixes including:
- Fixes an issue that occasionally caused blank or frozen video during a FaceTime call
- Fixes an issue that prevented some international users from connecting to 3G networks on iPad Wi-Fi + 3G
