Well it looks like Apple, Inc. is now selling the iPhone 4 without a carrier unlocked on their online US store. It’s only the GSM version, not the CDMA version. The starting price is $649 USD for the 16GB, and $749 USD for the 32GB. You get the choice of the Black or White version too. If you are interested, you can buy them here. Now the question is, will Apple or AT&T unlock already purchased GSM iPhone 4s?
